CrossFit by BodyFit is proud to announce a NEW class … PowerFit a non-stop fast paced workouts that focus on Strength and Conditioning as well as interval training … No matter your skill , or fitness level this is the class for you 

If your not quite ready for CrossFit this is the perfect class to attend to help you achieve those weight loss and /or fitness goals

PowerFit is a non-traditional way to get in shape and feel great!

Our functional fitness programs are proven effective and can be scaled to all fitness levels.

We incorporate kettlebells, medicine balls, bodyweight, and more into our high-intensity training program.

PowerFit athletes can achieve improved stamina, endurance and strength resulting in a lean, toned body.

PowerFit classes are offered 6x per week at 5:00am-6:00am Mon-Sat

125.00 per Month ( This is an extra class NOT included in CrossFit by BodyFit Membership)
