    Looks like fun! How about Crossfit Baseball on a Saturday? Ran across this one and it just looked like it would be really easy…..

    1st base = 10 push-ups
    2nd base = 10 air squats
    3rd base = 10 burpees
    Home base = 10 reps of a random movement that varies each round

    Successfully rounding the bases scores a run.

    Most runs completed in 30 minutes wins.

    Individually or in teams.
