Well Yesterday I decide to run 10 miles…….I thought the route I had mapped out was about 10miles but after I had finish I checked it out on Map my run and I came up a bit short……Oh well maybe next week!

Congratulations to Paul and Steve B on completing their 1/2 Marathon……. And Congratulations to Scott, Camille, Elena and Colleen for completing the 5k! Yesterday Steve B called me and asked if I wanted to run with him………….10 MILES!..(I’m a weak runner)….so of coarse I agreed……we ran short on time so we didn’t quite make 10 miles……next time…..Thanks Steve for pushing me!
